Website Guestbook Cloning Software

I require either a windows based executable program, or a web based script that will run automatically (obviously the web page will need to be opened) and basically keep an archive of another web sites forum/guestbook. The code should then check every <customizable> seconds for any new posts on the guestbook, and if there is any, copy the post to the server that the software is running on. It is one-way traffic only. If a message has been deleted on the other site, then it should be left alone on the archive site. The message board which is being archived is written in CGI Script, but the archive site can be written in whatever the coder chooses, but must not use too many resources as it will be running 24hours on a server that is running for far more important things :) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Either Windows XP if an executable program, or if written as an internet application then must work under Windows XP Internet Explorer SP2. Can be hosted on either a fasthosts windows server, or a linux box.
