Windows program to add posts to a phpBB3 forum

I have a phpBB3 (phpBB3-SEO-Premod_V_3-0-5)? forum hosted on IIS with a MS SQL Server database. I need a windows forms program to add posts to this forum. It should be a simple single form program and should work like this, 1. Choose a forum 2. Choose a subforum if nesseccery 3. Enter the header 4. Enter the post text 5. Choose a user 6. Add the post to the forum. If a topic with the same header (in selected forum) already exists then add to the post to that topic, else create a new topic and add the post. After adding a post, it is required to update the topic details like "last post id" etc. The program should be written in C# (.NET Framework 2) with Visual Studio 2005 or C# 2005 Express Edition. The database should be MS SQL Server 2005. Please use a? phpBB3-SEO-Premod_V_3-0-5 standard installation with phpbb_ as table prefix. All the database read/write should be done in stored procedures. The layout should be simple one. See attachment for an example. You have to provide me a sql script for the database changes and the complete source code for the program. So, to get the program to work on my server all I have to do is run the sql script and change the connection string parameters in the program.
