Custom navigation bar in existing WP-template

Hello, I am looking for somebody who can build a custom navigation bar in my already existing WordPress template. Only the navigation need to be done! It is a very simple vertical tab-navigation. The design of navigation is available, please PM me for the samples. This is a quick and simple task, you will probably need two till three hours to make this. It would be nice if the task can completed by today. All work done will be our property and cannot clain any credit! You cannot display the work on your portfolio either.
