I need to reverse the function of this script

Hi, A client of mine is building a list for his employees to bid on available quotes per their credit quote. He wants to use a ready-set theme, however that theme works like Fiverr but he needs the reserve function of that. He wants his incoming leads to request jobs and his employees to accept the jobs. So, basically reversal of the function of Fiverr ready set theme. The theme and everything is based on WordPress functions. Very easy to modify. I'm not looking for someone to tell me some crazy price! The request function is already there, I just need it reversed. My ideal budget $50 or around there. To sum it up; "a lead" places the request for a job for $1500 house clean up that gets listed and the lead pays $1500 through the payment gateway, the employee of this company (if available) goes to this theme website and looks through all listed leads, he then accepts for $1500 the job. Type "WPok" when apply. I will provide the URL to the theme he is speaking off which he already purchased. I don't have time to go through the [login to view URL] file and figure this out. I need someone cheap and fast to do this quickly for the lowest price. Thank you,
