WP Plugin Development

WP Plugin Developer needed. Looking for qualified wp plugin developer, must have good rating and skills and I am willing to pay for it. The plugin must be delivered and tested before payment and if you can sign and NDA that would be required. Also knowledge of Psychic pops is a must. Looking to have a finished product in less than a month. If all goes well there are many more jobs to come as I need to build a strong relationship with plugin developer. Want it to be made easy for the end user to apply with easy interface. There will be a number of rules within the plugin as well. If you feel you have what it takes to make this happen please contact me. Have had 7 applications so far I like 3 of them with quality rating and resumes. It seems to me we can probably get a fixed cost of somewhere around $1000-$1500 depending on how far we take them and what it does as seen as their past payments. I have contacted the 3 I liked and told them I will be contacting my partner and as we get all the applications and we will make our decision. I am sure we will be getting more over the next 24 hours but I was vague in description of project but forward towards what we are looking for.
