You must be an above expert level PHP/mySQL developer. You must have explicit knowledge of the WP codex, and know how to use it to make WordPress do whatever you want. You must be fast, and know how to implement functionality in the most reliable way, while not creating more work for yourself or breaking functionality that is already present. You must comment your code and ensure it works before moving onto the next task. You must have EXCELLENT feedback. If you have derogatory feedback in your history, we will not respond.
