Wordpress Post Sort - Based on Most Facebook Likes/Tweets

I'd like to be able to create pages on my wordpress blog that order posts based on combination of Facebook Likes and Tweets that it receives. For example, the pages would show most popular posts based on Facebook Likes + Tweets. It also needs to be easily configurable by date range, specifically, by number of days. I'd like it to be set up so that it's easily configurable to add new variations of the page in the future. Some examples of combinations that I might want to set up pages for include: 1. Most Popular (Likes + Tweets) in the last 30 days 2. Most Popular (Likes + Tweets) in the last 365 days 3. Most Popular (Likes + Tweets) in the last 7 days 4. Most Popular (Likes Only) in the last X days 5. Most Popular (Tweets Only) in the last X days I have fairly advanced knowledge of Wordpress, but am not strong enough to code the project above, though I think it should be a fairly simple project. Looking forward to hearing from a ninja who could turn this project around quickly.
