SUMMARY DESCRIPTION Take buyer's illustrator drawings and create css / xhtml 1.0 strict validating template. Skin cs-cart shopping cart version 1.3.5. Proven experience with css/xhtml, php, smarty templates, a necessity. Previous experience skinning x-cart and cs-cart preferable. ## Deliverables HIGH LEVEL DELIVERABLES A) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Code will be clearly and properly commented. B) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. C) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). D) CODER REQUIREMENTS - Proficiency in xhtml, css, php, and smarty templates. E) CSS AND XHTML WORK - Create xhtml and css templates basd on supplied vector graphics artwork. These templates will validate as xhtml 1.0 strict. If you believe that xhtml 1.0 transitional is a better option then please explain why when you submit your bid. At the same time as creating presentational design, optimize/slice template graphics as necessary for fastest loading speeds. F) CART TEMPLATE INTEGRATION AND CODING WORK - Do not break any of the original functionality of cs-cart 1.3.5 software in creating the skin ??" if there is a need to do so then inform buyer and reasons for the modification. Cache wherever necessary to optimise page loading speeds. G) Header navigation menu css drop down list (not javascript). H) Product category horizontal css drop down list (not javascript). Left hand side picture in product details page to display the design (in gif format). The right side main picture displays the photos of the product.
