FLV Video Site with Admin

Hi, Please Read Carefully Before Bidding to make sure you can do this, thank you. This website project is a job which was started by another freelancer, who I lost contact with. Now this job needs to be completed or re-done. It involves flash action script, xml and php, perhaps other programming also. The website pages and style are complete, but this project is about making the flv player(s) on the website work. This project also requires you to build an admin area where the owner of the website can upload videos and choose which “channel” it will go on, as well as enter a title and description for each video. The website has 8 channels, currently it is set up, that each channel is simply its own folder on the server with its own index html page and the player on that page is connected to its own xml playlist. The channels are set up like so: Each channel is in its own folder. There are 8 different channels. For example the first channel is [login to view URL] and the second channel is [login to view URL] and so on. inside the channel 1 folder are the following folders: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] video_files/videos/ video_files/thumbnails/ video_files/xml/ It was planned that from the admin one would browse for a thumbnail image, then enter the title and description and then upload the flv video files all from one form, then depending on which channel they chose from the drop down it would upload it into the correct channel folder and add it to the corresponding xml playlist.. and it would show on the website in the correct channel. This was the idea of the first freelancer who started this project, you are free to do it how you want. This flv player is by [login to view URL] It is a php streaming flash video player and we have purchased this to use it for this project. You will be required to make the player from the rich media project extension and develop this website. This might be a little be difficult to understand to please take look at the website, to help you better understand. Here is the link to the first channel: [login to view URL] the second and third channels are exactly the same now, but when the site is ready we’ll be adding different videos to each channel. The player on this site now was used with the demo version from [login to view URL] that is why there is the demo watermark on the player. You will need to re-make the player from the licensed version, which we will provide you with. Other features we need include: Embed Links And Direct Links you will need to make it so when a video is playing there is an embed link there ready to be copied (like on youtube), which will help us share these videos and enable anyone to have them playing from their website. Also we want a direct video link as well, so people can send this link to their friends and come directly watch a specific video. Admin Features • Upload new videos o Select Category o Enter Title o Enter Description o Thumbnails • See the uploaded videos o Edit © title © description o Delete video Also in the admin area when the website owner is uploading a video it must show a % progress bar. The admin does NOT need to convert the videos to FLV format, they will already ready to upload in that format. Also this is not a community site, there is only one user; one admin. The homepage, which is currently [login to view URL] must show the latest 10 videos uploaded. This can simply be a separate xml playlist. You are welcome to rebuild this however you want. As long has all of the features and functionalities are included and it does not change the style of the website. You definitely must have excellent skills with flash and php to be able to do this project. So no beginners please. This project needs to be done ASAP. One thing I need within 24 hours of the project starting is the player made without the demo text so that we can launch the website. Then you’ll have a bit more time to build the admin area.
