Looking for a coder and wordpress expert to make the following modifications on my website

Some modifications will need to be made on my blog at www.alexdumais.com. Here are the tasks : - Change the wordpress article teaser - Make links like "1,2,3" so people can look at past blog pages at bottom of the home blog - Resize some youtube videos already on the site - Allow videos to work with all browsers (chrome, internet explorer, firefox etc.) - Add some URL links at 5 specific places that will be told to you - Make some modifications on the paypal button (nothing complicated, just have to change something in the code) Waiting for your bids.
