Muti-vendor Product Database

First of all.. THIS IS NOT ECOMMERCE. NO transactions. It is a simple product lookup script that has a small backend. Simply parsing info. I have created some mock layouts for rough idea of what I am looking for at [login to view URL] This project is for an online database of products from multiple vendors. It requires the following... 1. Client inputs their client ID to pull up their contact info or the list of products they currently have in the database for editing. 2. Client form that displays and allows them to edit their company info. 3. Client form that displays their products in the database and allows them to edit or add new products. 4. Search form for public visitors to search based on dropdown values that are populated by the database. 5. The ability to export the entire database into 3 XML files.. one for each product type.
