The project is going to be a betting site for virtual items, where players can compete against other players in game modes such as \"Rock, Paper, Scissors.\" There would need to be a navigation bar with various dropdown options, a functional chat room for users to communicate, the usage of multiple API\'s (Steam is a major one), a support system, and a simple/easy to use interface. I will provide some sample websites that already cover some of the main features we want to include in our project. We will be providing the developer in depth instructions and visual examples (on google docs), and will be communicating with them through skype.
