Build Data Warehouse ( Wordpress / WooCommerce )

Hello, I have a local delivery service for fresh food with my own logistic. I use Wordpress / WooCommerce for the ecommerce store. We deliver only once per week in certain areas of the city (devided by postcode, for example 52392=Monday; 41234= Tuesday). So at the moment we use an Access-database to work with the data and export the orders for the right delivery date. Now the task would be to transform our logic from access-database to an online-database / data warehouse which is connected to the data of Wordpress / WooCommerce. Additionally, we would like to have some new functions (which could be implemented by existing plugins or build by yourself - please let me know in your offer what you think is best!) Date-Warehouse #1: Transform logic of Access-Database to online Data Warehouse Additional (new) functions: #2: New customers should get a "Tour Number": Depending on the postcode every customer should get a specific tour number (i.e. post code: 51234 -> Tour: 1; post code: 46789 -> Tour: 2). It is predifned in the shipping zones of woocommerce already. #3 Choose Delivery Date: Depending on the Tour Number, the customers should be able to choose only specific days for delivery (either customize existing plugin or build on your own) #4 CRM: Create Overview tab with workflow options for CRM (either customize existing plugin or build on your own) Functions should include the following workflows: - Send customized Email after first order - Send Email after a specific amount of time if customer did not reorder - Send Email after a specific amount of orders - Send Email to a specified group of customers (for customers of Tour 1) Looking forward to your proposals!
