I am looking for a website developer (from India) to design a website for me. The website would be such that researchers all around the country can sign up on it and post their work. They can also seek to find suitable coauthors for their work. Also a separate page need to be created in the website where authors can upload their resume so that researchers can hire from this pool of authors for their work. There needs to be separate drop down menu to select country so that researchers can find authors specific to some country.
