Build me a wordpress website

We’re a tech services & integration business, we have web skills but low capacity & low artistic abilities for a client facing site. We favour wordpress for now for ease of maintenance, but need someone to design & implement something, not many pages, looking for your design experience. Our business offerings are: 1) software tools for non technical builders & developers to spec, procure, install, commission & support smart homes, with associated bolt on services from us also. Such as spec selection, detailed design, O&M manuals, user guides, user experience management, maintenance contracts, remote monitoring. 2) software tools for smart home installers, remote access, statistics logging, uptime monitoring, drivers for systems integration, bacnet drivers, modbus templates, other product integration such as velux, lutron, crestron, sonos, etc. 3) software tools for smart home installers or self builders to design all steps for your installation. 4) product sales (separate private webshop & customer portal already exists). 5) commercial consultancy, technical compliance, systems integration, spec compliance, technical management, gap analysis, tender reviews, performance analysis, project oversight, comissioning, witnessing, and client advocation. We appreciate some discussion will be needed to tie up this project.
