I don't have any budget issues but working with TeamViewer for any desk delays a single click by a second that means if the work can be completed within an hour takes an hour extra. solution for your problem I can create an environment in my local and can give you a demo when the email is working in my local environment and when you confirm it's working fine I can send you the code through GitHub for can send you the the entire project. let me know your thoughts on this.
