We will use NodeJS + SQL for the backend. 2) The modules you plan on creating (e.g. transaction layer) The scope will include development of a Matching Algorithm, Trading Frontend and we will need to discuss about the transaction layer features. 3) How will you improve scalability and security of the exchange Exchange will be secured using standard CE features like 2FA and Cold Storage.
