Develop a mobile application

I'm looking to develop a mobile App that allows for the connection between Vendors or Artisans and their prospective customers or clients to be as seamless as possible. The application - VENDOO - will have the following features; a) Vendor Search - serve as a Vendor repository / register, holding details of all on-boarded vendors (name of business, address, phone number, email, website link, link to social media pages, etc.), such that prospective customers or clients can search for various vendor services (in different categories) and contact them directly. This will be done leveraging on the QR Code Technology, where each on-boarded vendor has a specific QR Code and ID number, unique only to the vendor, which stores / contains full details of his / her business. b) V@E (Vendors At Events) - this feature will allow event attendees search for business contact details of vendors of interest at events, without leaving the comfort of their seats. c) My Wallet - this feature will allow application users store details of vendors of interest in a wallet on the application, for ease of access and future reference. d) My Patch - this refers to a vendors unique QR Code that holds details of his / her business. A vendors patch makes the process of exchanging business contacts easier as it can simply be scanned, as opposed to exchanging paper business cards. e) Scan Patch - this feature allows users to scan Patches (Vendor QR Code), to instantly obtain business details of the vendor, and possibly store same in their wallet. The application will also allow users rate vendors - however, the ratings will be verifiable, meaning only registered users can rate vendors. Also, only registered users can 'Doff A Hat' for Vendor Pages. Non-registered users can 'Like' Vendor pages.
