To achieve this, the majority of the work will involve replacing the existing menu with a mobile and desktop optimized menu. This will help reduce unused CSS caused by the display:none property. Specifically, for the taxonomy and product pages, the desktop menu will only load on click to display the first 6 terms, and on hover, it will display the children. To ensure optimal caching, the menu for the taxonomy category, which doesn't change frequently, will be fully cached via preprocessing. This will fetch all the necessary data and only display what is required for mobile or desktop, resulting in improved caching. Additionally, other optimizations will be implemented, such as loading product sliders only when required and visible. The sliders will load the first, second, and last images initially, and the remaining images will be loaded once the page has finished loading. Views that are not visible will be lazyloaded, further enhancing performance. To address the Google PageSpeed optimizations, the chat feature will be delayed in loading.
