I need a simple form that allows users to integrate a Facebook app to their fan page to create a new tab on their Facebook page. However, FB only allows adding a new tab to a fan page with 2K users or follower. But I know that it can be done. I know that it is possible to add a tab with less than 2K users liking the page. For instance, MailChimp allows Facebook integration, and MailChimp allowed me to add a new tab to my Facebook fan page (the tab is called Newsletter), even though my Facebook fan page only has less than 100 users following or liking the page. This form that I need has to create a new tab on the user's Facebook page and the tab must include or display the content of a link that I already have ready to be displayed in that Facebook tab.
