I’ve installed a plugin for selecting delivery time slots but it’s not working properly. The time slots should be showing in checkout but because of theme customization it’s not. The plugin developer has said that the hook where the fields show in the plugin should be changed. I've attached a screen shot to show what is missing from the website.
