GAF Clone using PHP/MySql for industry Specific Freelancer Site

Please do not (NOT) send me generic (oh, we can do anything types of bids) - only bid on this if you have proven you can deliver on something of this magnitude. This is essentially a GAF clone - including the ability to do PayPal payments. Additionally, we need a little nicer headers and improved navigation (headers should be in an include anyway). And spots for Ads on the right. Finally, we are looking for one of the navigation elements in the header to be a forum. This would link over to a forum page (PHPBB) that we'd like to use the same username as the Freelancer site logon username. So, to recap - GAF clone, including payments via paypal (to and from just list GAF), a little nicer header and navigation, ad space on the left of all pages, and a phpbb link that uses the same logon ID.
