Labview for visuial gaming board

The project is a connect 4 game using 2 stepper motors to move the dispenser. i am using arduino code to move motor to the required area. there are 49 slots where the dispenser and the chips can go to. Software labview should be able to display the image of board and empty slots and where the chips has been dropped. I will be using webcam for image processing. the colour of the chip i am using is black and white.
