MOODLE Programmer and Consultant

We are seeking an EXPERT moodle expert. We want to have online meetings US EST that we can ask questions using GOTOMEETING.. and have you first show us back end functionality. Next we need custom fields added and some fields removed from off the shelf moodle installation. Finally, we will need some custom programming and reports. The site will simply list courses and allow student to sign up and pay for the course. We will also put in meetings and events so that users can sign up as well. There will be NO online courses or grades, just a site that student can sign up and pay for the course. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE ON YAHOO IM US EST morning hours till at least 11:00am EST.
