I need a website which has mostly content pages: Title + description in 2 languages. In the landing page a user will choose a country, and then the website will open in a predefined language (either English or French) and then some of the website content will show data customized for the chosen country. Full details are available in the attached document. Need a strong php programmer who is serious, delivers on time and pays attention to details, we will only accept perfect code with no errors. If you are a company, don't bid, we need individual programmers. If you are interested in long term relationship we have a lot of work, but only for dedicated programmers. We will buy a template from themeforest for this, and expect that you can handle the project from A to Z, including fixing the template to suit our project. Budget: $200 Time: 10 days max.
