OpenGTS with camera and fuel sensor

I have been in the software industry since 1980, and have been working with OpenGTS and GTS Enterprise (GTSE) for the last 3 years almost exclusively. Over the last 3 years I've installed, configured, modified and developed Device Communication Server (DCS) software for OpenGTS & GTSE many times. There is no one size fits all solution for this project. The work needed to complete this project is dependent on which version of OpenGTS you are using and what device you intend to support. This estimate is to add camera and fuel sensor support to OpenGTS and develop a DCS for OpenGTS with camera and fuel sensor support. Please tell me which version of OpenGTS you are using and, the make and model of the tracking device you intend to support. You will need to have the tracker & camera hardware installed in a vehicle and, the fuel sensor connected properly for development and testing. The 21 day lead time is to ensure the system is working correctly and to allow time for fine tuning. Also please be advised, there is no PHP code in OpenGTS at all, it is written in Java.
