page vistor map widget

need a mapping program like [login to view URL] that displays the last 100 visitors on page small map, locations indicated by a red dot. click on map and see last 1,000 visitors by ip address on large map, indicated by red dot. the proper script will be embedded in a playmessage page that gets a variable message id passed to it. use google maps api to implement and mysql to manage ip. system must include ip mapping information and location service.
