To Whom It May Concern, Please accept my most abject apologies if my profile is rather brief. I've specifically signed up to Freelancer to bid on this job. The reason being is because I have direct experience with the Australian PPSR system and know what it takes to integrate with their Discovery and Production environment. For starters, you'll need to obtain access to the Discovery environment which requires completing some paperwork to essentially obtain an B2G (Business to Government) account with the PPSR. At the same time, they'll ask you confirm the IP address of the server you'll be using. This is very important! You can't simply have any system access it, its essentially IP restricted, along with Username & Password authentication. For that reason, you'll want a VPS not a regular hosting provider as this will provide the greatest flexibility in terms of development. Once you've purchased the VPS, my proposal covers its configuration in terms of a basic web server. From there, I'd write the code to interact with the PPSR system in terms of making a request for a PPSR Search Certificate (in its standard PDF format) on a VIN. This certificate is identical to the official government certificate and makes it clear if the vehicle is under finance, its details, and stolen/write off status.
