as discussed in chat, I need provider to download a full backup of my database and then create an offline system. I will escrow money and provide credentials. When provider finishes project he will send me a big compressed file via torrent or ftp or a link. I will extract the file and suppose to have access to all database without using internet. If it works I release payment. If at any time providers cant finish the job because of technical problems with the host, provider will refund the escrow
