Rental batabse

Need a simple rental searchable database with small admin for adding rentals. Search side: Potential rental need to have the a simple search script that integrates with templatemonster template #8941 (no flash version.) Search criteria is illustrated on in the template. Admin Side: I will also need a simple admin section so that property owners can create an account to add / manage their rentals, including picture uploading. This is a simple and quick couple of scripts that shouldn’t take a php / mysql too long to complete. Thank You and good luck.
