I have a Kayako Fusion 4.60.0.3971, running on Amazon AWS. I have a few issue with it and need someone to fix them 1., I schendule reoports, some reports delivered via email as its scenduled, but 80%-of them never arrived. I need to fix thix feature 2., At the error log i have 2 messages, Router: [login to view URL] file_get_contents([login to view URL]): failed to open stream: No such file or directory (./__apps/news/library/Sync/[login to view URL]) and Router: [login to view URL] json_encode(): Invalid UTF-8 sequence in argument (./__swift/apps/base/staff/[login to view URL]) Please apply if you have ny relevant experience with Kayako.
