The user you are running the script might not be the owner of the script or its not in the group that has the permission to run the script. If you are making a http request it should be POST to run the script.

if you running some script from webpage on your system that will not going to work , because of security reasons . You need to think out some other alternative. Can you plz articulate your problem and send me so that i can help you out in figuring out what is going wrong and then we can rectify that. Well take this for guranteed will not waste your time.
