Simple PHP Script - Bulk Image Size/Resolution Checker - Quick

[ This is a repost the last coder didn't complete it in the time frame and is now not responding ] PHP Script that takes a list of url's and returns the resolution ( i.e 500x500 pixels ) of the image located at each url if an image is available at that url -> Input urls pasted into a text box separated each on a new line -> Simple UI only for internal use -> Simple output to text file or something, showing url checked, image size, error if not image available -> Must be able to process at least 5000 urls I need someone that can complete this in 2 hours and for a cost of no more than $40 ( £25 ).
