Small script to read webpage

Hey, I need a very small script that does the following: I attach a JSON file to the code. ie get_file_contents PHP decodes (json_decode) and creates an array. Part 1: Skills It then searches a website specified for a keyword that is in the array, gets finds the attribute to its left, then grabs the numbers within this attribute. Puts each these numbers in the array as there own key => value Part 2: Vips It grab a number from the same array (different section) adds a few words to the start of it, then looks for a number that appears after it, once it as found it - it uses this number to do another search, and then grabs the text. Once all done it outputs the new json that i can copy and paste into the file. I was going to get someone to do this manually for me but thought it could be faster and cheaper to get a little script made. Pure PHP no jquery, mysql or anything just PHP code!
