Update PHPBB3 Forums and Retheme

This project pays $75 dollars. I wish to only work with people from NA or EU. Communication via Skype is going to be required. In the end, both things must be completed. First, I need our forums to be updated to the newest version. They are using PHPBB3. With this update, evidently it breaks the theme. From the stock theme, we will rebuild the theme to semi-match what is presently live on our site. Next, presently on our site we have an issue where if a person selects "Log me on automatically each visit" it will log them out each time. I am not sure if this is due to the present theme on our site or if it is a settings issue. However, I am willing to bet it is not a settings issue. This will require some time to test that this feature is fixed. I will give you a copy of our website to upload to your site for work to be completed on.
