URGENT- Design Application For Large Pre-Launch Search and Content Creation Portal

Hi, we are a large soon to be launched content creation and search portal. Our functionality is complete, but our design needs to be applied. We are looking for someone who can apply the design for us. Some of the pages have been done already. We are looking to have someone start work within 24 hours.
