Using Recordset from a Different Table in Where Cause

I have a page that dynamically displays time based on actual time and date. It is only 1 PHP page but depends on 3 tables to work. Lines 42-65 are the problem. I want it to read the data from the tables instead of the way I have manually coded it. The 3 tables are: *bell_schedule-A table that has the start and stop time by period in a day. It lists every possible schedule. *bell_schedule_weekly-A table that manages what day of the week (Mon=1, Tue=2, etc) the bell_schedule should follow. *bell_schedule_dates-Exceptions to the bell_schedule_weekly. On the exception date a new schedule needs to be followed. I use the day number the date follows to determine if it should follow the exception's schedule. The task I am hiring you for is to clean up my if, elseif statement so that it is based off the data in the table and not the manual way I coded (lines 42-65). I also want you to build an interface to insert data into the tables. It would have to have pull-down for inputting the time (bell_schedule) and a datepicker to select the date (bell_schedule_dates and a simple input interface to pick the base pattern of Monday through Friday and which schedule to follow (bell_schedule_weekly). I am willing to pay you $20 for elseif fix and $25 for interface. I also have some other small page issues that are dependent on bell_schedule which I can pay extra. I could use help.
