If you want a game, we can work on a flappy bird style game or similar or something like that. Games are becoming really powerful this days. If you prefer an app, why don't design a white label for restaurants? You could resell it and customize it for every restaurant you want and earn some money from them (you can agree for instance 50$ per month and restaurant, which is a passive income for you without doing anything ). That Chinese, pizza food, dinner you usually go will be more that happy to pay you 50$ per month in exchange of being online. I would also make you a website to show your product to the world of course.
