**If you also know AI related integration into App / website it is a plus (for ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc) using API Budget would change in keeping with the Scope of each milestone. We are looking to hire a budget conscious professional team / company to help develop our site. Looking to pay by the job (not the hour). Must be well versed in .html, javascript, php, mysql, databases etc on the website side. Also may need the inner workings of our website to create QR codes for customers within their accounts. QR codes would point back to customers ads. Customers would have their own username / password and be permitted to have ads uploaded by customers which can then be converted to html and / or structured text which could then be posted on social media sites etc. We will be providing you how the website would be layed out and will provide the graphics / layout to put function to. Eventually an app would be developed so a company who is also knowledgeable of this process is an asset. Also need a counter option similar ones offered on the backend of [login to view URL] in which they log hits, date, page entry, user country, plot on world map using google / geo data etc. Prefer good timely communication via phone, IMs, etc. Goal times of completion are very important. As we will utilize many different people in this project, coding must be written in such a way where another developer could decipher and alter if needed.
