I'm in need of a professional who can excellently set up an efficient Zendesk support project. This will encompass key capabilities such as: - Ticket Management: A proficient freelancer would understand how to set up a structure that would enable quality tracking of ticket status, along with priority setting features. The importance of these functionalities is to enable effective management and delegation of tickets based on their importance and urgency. - Tagging Feature: Additionally, the ability to furnish this system with a tagging feature is also key. It is envisaged that this would help categorize and easily locate tickets. We are looking to measure conversion based on pre and post purchase tickets. Unfortunately, we don't have many automations set up right now but our goal is to drive DTC sales through Zendesk.
