Duckweed Chemical Extraction

Hi I work with biofuels and animal feed and I'm evaluating duckweed products made by processing and extraction. I need to have duckweed separated easily in to the four constituents. I need some growing and species finding. Prefer SE Asia countries near the source of duckweed. The extraction techniques are old and low tech but you should know chemistry. I don't want to explain to a generalist I'd rather have someone who went to biology and chemistry class. I need good notes like wet weight and dry weightt and yields. You have to use amylase and NaOH and solvents and make alchohol. NaOH makes ammonia. Alchohol Fat Ammonia Fiber Test cellulase. The mass left over is washout fiber and that should be tested with three or four cellulases to see if we get sugar. This project involves basic chemical extraction of biofuels from duckweed. The deliverable is four distinct piles of product from the duckweed. All this on a timeline for instance step a is 24 hours step b is 30 minutes etc all of that totaled and demonstrated. I need the fat the protein the starch and the fiber removed. In addition you'll have to grow duckweed in a 3-in deep environment using QA nutrients. I think 20 or so batch passes will lead to confidence where you get reliable product and you're not practicing or learning anymore at the end I want polished products plus those three tests.
