HR Process Consulting involves identifying and documenting L1 to L4 (Swim lane diagram activities) of HR Processes of the client. These processes at an L1 levels involves Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Self Services (like Claims, Travels, Letter of Authorization etc), Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, and Regulatory &Statutory Processes and Declarations. There is likely to be additional HR Processes specific to the client.
Apart from Process documentation, the Consultancy work will involve working with the IT and Business Executives of the client, to ensure that the defined processes and approved by the client and possible to be configured in two separate sprints. The position is for immediate joining in Bangalore, India.
