I’m looking for advice on what materials could be used to create this part “ Please see Attached file” sorry for poor illustration, it was the best I could do. Also check video of a Prototype I made to hopefully help better explain the part. This part will need to have 3 solid pieces that and strong, lightweight and won’t bend easily under pressure and 2 flexible pieces that act as hinges able to bend at least 90 degrees each easily by hand.
