Schematic structuring and PCB layout in Altium Designer ready for manufacturing

I have the start of a schematic in Altium that is essentially a matrix of rows and columns, plus some drivers. The electronics design is compete and I am in need of an expert in Altium Designer to restructure the project sheets and get the board ready for manufacturing. This project will require you to: 1. Use Altium repeat blocks to structure the project according to multi-channel design concepts. 2. Using my custom PCB shape which was imported from DWG/DXF, place the parts on the board and route. 3. Prepare the board for manufacturing - gerbers, etc. 4. Two seperate boards, one with 4 rows x 7 cols, the other with 7 rows x 7 cols. Please, only bid if you have experience already in multi-channel design and repeat blocks. At the intersection of each row and column is the same circuit, so i do not want 28 or 49 copies of the same circuit. i.e. if we need to change anything in the circuit we change it only once and then recompile. Should be easy for someone who is an expert in Altium Designer. Urgent timeline so must be completed inside 24 hours after winning the project.
