Atlassian JIRA - Branding and Customisation

We want to? completely? customise Atlassian's JIRA so that we can change the look and feel from a? software? bug tracking and enhancements tool to something that small businesses can use to mange projects. ? In short, this will be a? focus? change away from software issues to project? management. ? As a result, menu? items? with 'Create Issue' will become 'Create Task' or 'Create Project'. We do not envisage a huge amount of change, but it does need to be more? intuitive? to businesses using this? solely? for managing new projects. ? The internal features of JIRA (such as Work Logging, Comments, Sub tasking, etc) will remain? completely? in tact. ? This is an? aesthetics? project only.
