Hi there. I actually work as a global Executive Search Consultant for an Exec Search boutique with offices in London, NYC and Hong Kong. I have been in this job for 2 years now and quiet familiar with the end-to-end process of a search. I do some freelance searches on the side whenever its not all too busy in the office. This is my first time doing this via Freelancer. I work home-office based since I travel a lot. I won't be in London for a while but can easily do this remotely. How long this project will take me depends entirely on the amount of CVs I would have to screen. Assuming its not more than 50, I should be able to identify and contact the most suitable candidates within week 1 (max. 10 hrs) and, depending on their availability, interview the most promising candidates in weeks 2 and 3 (5-6 hrs depending on number of candidates). I normally work on much more senior searches but am 100% comfortable and familiar with all tasks involved in this project and quiet curious to find out what kind of profile you are looking for.

My ability to work at pace and at the same time able to gauge what is required makes me one of the best to choose. I have worked as a Recruiter and have had great success.
