Sketchup Model incoming from Revit needs material mapping and 2 base renderings rendered (no photoshop)

I have a 75mb sketchup model that has been imported from Revit that needs materials assigned to it, sun set and perspective selected to MATCH two existing renderings that I will give you. These two images need to be rendered at 10,000 pixels wide and have the same materiality as what is shown in the examples I have attached. NO PHOTSHOP OR ENTOURAGE NEEDED. Just take the model, map it, render it (2 views). I would like for the mapped sketchup model to be returned to me along with the saved PNGs for the two views. I need this done in the next few days. It is critical to match the rendering style and materiality I am showing you (with some minor comments/revisions I will tell you later) so they are consistent with other renderings my client has already completed. This is a hefty (memory intensive model) and I have a wimpy computer. I have attached the two views we need to MATCH (perspectively). I will tell you time of day and will want a round or two of review before we say 'yes, let's render full resolution'. I believe the right person with the right computer could do this in a day or less. This is relatively easy, match perspective, map materials, render two views, pass the raw PNGs and model back to me... I will photoshop them. I might be open to someone out there finishing the renderings if they convince me they can match the photoshop portion as well, but I am picky on photoshop work, and therefore skeptical.
