Content for health website

Hello GAF, I run a health website and we're looking to improve the amount and quality of content. Specifications: * 6 articles of approx 500 words each (approx 3,000 words total) * Must be high quality English - written and RESEARCHED by the project winner * TWO articles on NUTRITION. I would like the project winner to research healthy eating and write on the subject of 'Eating for good heart health' and 'Foods that slow down ageing'. * TWO articles on DIETING. I would like the project winner to research and write on the subjects of 'Safe Dieting' (i.e. not starving yourself, determining and reducing calories by a small amount) and another article on 'Fats, Carbs and Protein' (i.e. correct % of total calories 20% to 35% of total calories etc, good food sources). * TWO articles on EXERCISE. I would like the project winner to research and write on the subjects of 'Tips and techniques for staying motivated (to exercise)' and 'Activities you should try' (i.e. tennis... because it is fun, play with friends etc etc). I'm sorry if I come across as unfriendly when I say this but please do not bid if you intend to supply duplicate or stolen content. We have various high tech methods to identify copied writing, and it will not be accepted. Other than that, thanks for reading and please post your bid :)
