Mental Health Nursing Assignment for MSc. Admission

She is widowed and has one daughter who lives nearby. She has had two heart attacks and has recently been diagnosed with dementia. She had been admitted to hospital following a fall but was extremely confused while in hospital. However, when her daughter took her out for the day, her confusion diminished. As a result, her daughter arranged for her mother to be discharged from hospital with follow-up input at a memory clinic. Elizabeth is coping at home on her own but feels very isolated as she forgets when people have been to visit her, meaning that she believes that she spends all her time on her own. The assignment is expected to be between 2000-4000 words in length and include a specific theory/model.
