Create Help Manual for Windows Application

I need somebody to write the help manual for a new version of my Windows application. Several changes have been made so the old help manual is not accurate anymore. I will provide a short description (2 pages) of the new features added. You can work on the same lines as the existing manual ([login to view URL]), but you will need to make changes to fit in the new features. I will expect you to start by making a short draft including the main sections, and the general layout/description of the pictures. You will continue after I review it and write the first version of the manual. We might need a few iterations to make everything perfect (around 3 usually). The deliverables will consist of the full HTML source (simple/clean HTML, no useless code automatically generated by Frontpage for eg.). I would greatly appreciate it if you take the time and smoothly integrate everything (not just copy from the description I provide and add images). You might get a nice bonus if I'm satisfied with the result. You will need good writing skills, and be able to easily handle graphics. I will send you the new Windows application on request.
